Terms & Conditions:
By accepting your AADP press pass, you acknowledge the following terms & conditions:
➢ Press passes are only to be used for the 54TH Annual African American Day Parade. Passes MUST ONLY be worn, while on assignment.
➢ Press passes are not to be altered or replicated in any way. This includes but is not limited to: photocopying, scanning, shredding, tearing, marking, cutting or any other kind of physical damage.
➢ Press passes are non-transferrable; only approved press pass applicants are permitted to use the press pass.
➢ While on assignment and using the press pass, the press pass holder must hold themselves to the highest standards of professionalism and journalistic integrity. Identifying oneself with the press pass is equitable to representing the African American Day Parade, Inc. (AADP), and the holder should remain consistent with these expectations the entire time she or he is on assignment and representing AADP.
➢ Press may audio/video/photograph except when personal confidentiality might be compromised or an individual specifically requests no audio/video/photography by press.
➢ Press may not to use any photos taken during the parade in a negative fashion, or in any other way that could result in the defamation of the character of the African American Day Parade, Inc.
➢ Press must provide digital copies of any photographs taken during the 53rd Annual African American Day Parade to AADP officials when requested.
➢ Failure to comply Press Pass will be revoked.
